Forrest and wife Debbie of Laurie, Missouri and Phillip Forrest and partner Chris Dingman of Palm Springs, California; four grandchildren, Sarah Hayek and husband Bobbie, Jennifer Andes and husband Gabe, Matthew Forrest and wife Rebecca and Robert Forrest and wife Katie; two step-grandchildren, Joe Martin and wife Jenny and Erin Larimore and husband Aaron; three great-grandchildren, Alexandra Andes, Gavin Forrest and Titus Forrest; two step-great-grandchildren, Oliva Martin and Liam Larimore; his siblings, Millie Heinemann, Ronald Forrest and Duane Forrest and a host of other relatives. Survivors include her husband, Ken Atkinson of the home; six children; thirteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; a brother, Donald Moore and wife Diane of Barnett, Missouri and a host of other relatives and friends.
